The Civic stage floor is approximately 60 feet wide and 40 feet deep, with multiple sets of traveling curtains. The auditorium itself can seat 1,801 people, with four separate accessible wheelchair bays.
The Black Box Theatre is a medium-sized theater room. It can be used for many purposes, such as a rehearsal space, performing area, meeting area, or alternative dressing room, among other uses.
The Lakewood High School Cafeteria is a large two-tiered room that sits just next to the Civic Auditorium. It can be used for events that require a large area separate from the stage, usually for dining.
Accessible from the lobby or the Green Room, this multi-purpose room has space to set up for a dining area, as an alternative dressing room, or for other needs. It has a small kitchenette area with fridge, sink, and microwave, as well as counter space.
The Civic Auditorium lobby has beautiful stone floor and wooden walls, reminiscent of the era of its original construction. There is a ticket/concession booth, with two cash drawers available to use. There is also ample space for vendor tables if desired. There is a wheelchair accessible ramp to the side, leading from the lobby to the front of the auditorium.
The Green Room runs below the stage, with stairs leading up to both backstage left and backstage right. There is also passage to the Catering Room and the lobby. There are two private dressing rooms, each with a private bathroom. Accessible via elevator.
